INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup Hung curd
  • 1/4 cup Mango pulp
  • 1/4 cup Powdered sugar
  • 20 pieces Macadamia nuts
  • 2 tbsp Mango chunks
INSTRUCTIONS
  • In a bow add Hung curd, mango pulp, powdered sugar, crushed macadamia nuts and mix it well.
  • Take a spoon full of the hung curd mix and spread it on a baking paper making a round disc.
  • Top the disc with mango chunks and macadamia nuts.
  • Freeze the discs for 2-3 hours and it’s ready
