INGREDIENTS

Base:

  • Refined flour – 150 g
  • Butter – 100 g
  • Sugar – 50 g
  • Milk – 30 ml
  • Australian macadamia (rough chopped) – 40 g

Caramel Layer:

  • Brown sugar – 100 g
  • Condensed milk – 150 g
  • Heavy cream – 50 ml

Chocolate Layer:

  • Dark chocolate compound – 150 g
  • Roasted Australian macadamia (chopped) – 30 g
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Mix flour, butter, sugar, and milk to form a shortcrust base, then press it into a tray and top with macadamia.
  • Bake at 170°C until golden.
  • Melt brown sugar, condensed milk, and cream, then cook until a thick caramel forms and spread it on the cooled base.
  • Melt chocolate on a double boiler, fold in roasted macadamia, and layer it on the caramel.
  • Chill, slice, and bite into nutty millionaire magic.
