INGREDIENTS
Base:
- Refined flour – 150 g
- Butter – 100 g
- Sugar – 50 g
- Milk – 30 ml
- Australian macadamia (rough chopped) – 40 g
Caramel Layer:
- Brown sugar – 100 g
- Condensed milk – 150 g
- Heavy cream – 50 ml
Chocolate Layer:
- Dark chocolate compound – 150 g
- Roasted Australian macadamia (chopped) – 30 g
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix flour, butter, sugar, and milk to form a shortcrust base, then press it into a tray and top with macadamia.
- Bake at 170°C until golden.
- Melt brown sugar, condensed milk, and cream, then cook until a thick caramel forms and spread it on the cooled base.
- Melt chocolate on a double boiler, fold in roasted macadamia, and layer it on the caramel.
- Chill, slice, and bite into nutty millionaire magic.
