INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup oats
  • ½ cup chopped Australian Macadamia Nuts
  • ¼ cup chopped almonds & walnuts
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • ⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • A pinch of salt
  • Melted chocolate (for topping)
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Dry roast the oats, walnuts, almonds, and pumpkin seeds. Roughly chop them.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and add the chopped Australian Macadamia Nuts.
  3. Add honey, peanut butter, and salt, then mix well.
  4. Press the mixture firmly into a mould tray.
  5. Add a thin layer of melted chocolate on top.
  6. Chill for 1–2 hours, then slice and enjoy!
