INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup oats
- ½ cup chopped Australian Macadamia Nuts
- ¼ cup chopped almonds & walnuts
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- ⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- A pinch of salt
- Melted chocolate (for topping)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Dry roast the oats, walnuts, almonds, and pumpkin seeds. Roughly chop them.
- Transfer to a bowl and add the chopped Australian Macadamia Nuts.
- Add honey, peanut butter, and salt, then mix well.
- Press the mixture firmly into a mould tray.
- Add a thin layer of melted chocolate on top.
- Chill for 1–2 hours, then slice and enjoy!
