INGREDIENTS
  • ½ kg Carrots, Grated
  • ½ Cup Macadamia Nuts + 5-7 Nuts for garnishing
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • ½ Cup Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Ghee
  • ½ Tsp. Cardamom Powder
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Dry roast all the macadamias for 10 minutes and set aside 5-7 nuts for garnishing
  • Chop the remaining nuts coarsely or pulse it for 2 short rounds in a blender
  • Heat the milk in a cooking pot, add grated carrots and cook until the milk almost evaporates
  • Add sugar, ghee & cardamom powder and mix well
  • Stir in the chopped macadamias
  • Garnish with roasted macadamias and serve hot!
