- ¼ cup heavy cream Â
- ½ cup Australian macadamia nuts Â
- White Chocolate for coating Â
- Heart confetti for decoration
INSTRUCTIONS
- Finely chop or crush Australian macadamia nuts and set asideÂ
- Chop fresh strawberries and place them in a bowlÂ
- In a separate bowl, combine finely chopped white chocolate compound or white chocolate chips with heavy creamÂ
- Melt the mixture together using either the double boiler method or by microwaving it at 30-second intervals until fully melted and smoothÂ
- Add the crushed Australian macadamia nuts and chopped strawberries to the melted white chocolate mixture. Mix well to combineÂ
- Using a melon ball scooper or spoon, scoop out small balls of the mixture and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paperÂ
