Australian Macadamia Nuts Strawberry Truffle

This recipe offers a delightful combination of flavors and textures, showcasing the rich taste of Australian macadamia nuts, the sweetness of fresh strawberries, and the creamy indulgence of white chocolate.

  • ½ cup fresh strawberries, finely chopped 
  • 200 gms white chocolate 
  • ¼ cup heavy cream  
  • ½ cup Australian macadamia nuts  
  • White Chocolate for coating  
  • Heart confetti for decoration
  • Finely chop or crush Australian macadamia nuts and set aside 
  • Chop fresh strawberries and place them in a bowl 
  • In a separate bowl, combine finely chopped white chocolate compound or white chocolate chips with heavy cream 
  • Melt the mixture together using either the double boiler method or by microwaving it at 30-second intervals until fully melted and smooth 
  • Add the crushed Australian macadamia nuts and chopped strawberries to the melted white chocolate mixture. Mix well to combine 
  • Using a melon ball scooper or spoon, scoop out small balls of the mixture and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper 
  • Refrigerate the balls until they become firm and easy to handle 
  • Dip the truffle balls into melted white chocolate, covering them completely 
  • Decorate each truffle with heart-shaped confetti
  • Refrigerate the truffles again for about 10 minutes to allow the chocolate to set
